Return and Refund Policy

At Avakugie Inc (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with the durable medical equipment and supplies that we provide. Due to the nature of medical products and to comply with health and safety regulations, certain items are not eligible for return once they have been opened or used. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Products may only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used medical products, such as braces, supports, or oxygen-related supplies, cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receipt.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances. These include but are not limited to opened braces, supports, oxygen tanks, respiratory equipment, and any products classified as single-use medical supplies.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less any applicable shipping charges, within 7–10 business days.

5. EXCHANGES

In some cases, we may allow exchanges for eligible products of equal or greater value. Additional charges may apply if the exchange product costs more than the original item purchased.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure proper handling of returned items.
